  • 1.2. If the visa application has already been submitted to the respective embassy or consulate, VisaBud cannot guarantee the cancellation of the application. It would be subject to the embassy’s or consulate’s cancellation policy.
  • 1.3. To cancel, please reach out to our support team with your application reference number at info@visabud.com.

2. Refund Policy:

  • 2.1. If you cancel your visa application before submission to the embassy or consulate, you will be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees incurred.
  • 2.2. After the submission of the visa application to the respective embassy or consulate, refunds will be given as per the embassy’s or consulate’s refund policy.
  • 2.3. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it might take several days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • 2.4. In cases where a visa application is rejected by the respective embassy or consulate, no refunds will be provided, since VisaBud charges for the processing and not the outcome.
  • 2.5. If you experience technical issues on our platform leading to a duplicate payment or erroneous charges, please contact our support team immediately. Such cases will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed promptly.

3. Exceptions:
