The judiciary in Afghanistan is independent of the executive and legislative branches of government. The highest Court in Afghanistan is the Supreme Court, which is responsible for constitutional interpretation and dispute resolution in the government branches.

Afghanistan’s economy heavily depends on agriculture, with around 80% of the population engaged in farming. Its dominant natural resources include copper, iron ore, and lithium minerals. However, instability and conflict have hindered the country’s economic development.
