What are B1 and B2 visas?
The B1 visa is for business purposes and a B2 visa is for tourism or visiting family/ friends. If you visit the country once, you cannot return to the same country without applying for another visa. Eligibility criteria to apply for B1 and B2 visas.
- The person who is willing to visit the United States[US] for business-related work or to find a job in the US is required to apply for a B2 visa. As of March 2023, you need B1 and B2 visas to attend the interview for a job.
- The interview is required for the ages of 14 years to 79 years
- There is no requirement for interviews for persons aged below 14 and aged above 80.
